India's fiscal shortage for April-November touched Rs 9.78 lakh crore ($118.23 billion) oregon 58.9% of yearly estimates, authorities information showed connected Friday.

Net taxation receipts were Rs 12.25 lakh crore, portion full expenditure was Rs 24.43 lakh crore, the information showed.
