The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an orangish alert for respective parts of the country, including coastal Karnataka, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Goa and sub-Himalayan West Bengal.

“Light/moderate reasonably wide to wide rainfall/thunderstorm & lightning with isolated dense rainfall precise apt implicit Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Bihar during October 1 to 4; Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha during October 1 to 3rd; 1-3 October and Andaman & Nicobar Islands connected October 1. Isolated precise dense rainfall precise apt implicit northbound Odisha during October 1 and 2; northbound Jharkhand connected October 1; and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim connected October 3,” said the upwind section successful its bulletin.

“Light/moderate reasonably wide to wide rainfall/thunderstorm & lightning with isolated dense to precise dense rainfall with highly dense falls precise apt implicit Konkan, Goa and dense to precise dense rainfall implicit Madhya Maharashtra connected October 1,” added IMD.

For South India, the upwind bureau predicted: “Light/moderate reasonably wide to wide rainfall with isolated dense rainfall precise apt implicit Coastal Karnataka and Kerala & Mahe connected October 1.”

Giving predictions astir Central India’s weather, IMD announced, “Light/moderate reasonably wide to wide rainfall/thunderstorm & lightning with isolated dense rainfall precise apt implicit Chhattisgarh during October 1-2 and East Madhya Pradesh connected October 1-2.”

“Northeast India volition acquisition light/moderate reasonably wide to wide rainfall/thunderstorm & lightning with isolated dense rainfall precise apt implicit Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during October 1-3 and implicit Arunachal Pradesh connected October 3 & 4th,” said the nationalist upwind agency.
